Upgrade Turbocharger for up to 500 hp for many 2.0L TSI engines.

With our upgrade turbocharger, you replace the small original BorgWarner turbo and can achieve an engine output of up to 500hp.

The Stage 1 charger achieves up to 350 hp. With our Stage 2, up to 400 hp are possible. If that's not enough for you, you can get up to 440 hp with our Stage 3. For real boost our stage 4 up to 500 hp. Or Stage 5 above 500 hp.

Depending on the upgrade, the following modifications are carried out on the loaders

• Large Inconel turbine wheel
• Large rotor shaft, which contributes to stability

• CNC compressor and turbine housing machining
• Reinforced pressure cell, always stable boost pressure

• We also have new seals, stud bolts and copper nuts!

The upgrade turbochargers are all based on the K04-064 and are therefore plug & play with the typical TSI downpipes, intake and pressure lines. Oil and water pipes are also taken over 1 to 1.

The software needs to be adjusted. We also recommend our downpipe, intake, high-pressure pump and intercooler.

You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. This allows you to rebuild the vehicle if necessary. This ultimately saves a lot of time and money. If you would like to have your turbo converted, this requires that the charger housing is in perfect condition and has no cracks or similar.
