State of the art upgrade manifold flange for all EA888 Gen.3 and Gen.4 engines such as in the Golf 7 & 8, Cupra, S3 and many more.

Our manifold flange allows you to easily customize your turbo setup. The flange came to work with all reverse rotating Garrett G25, G30 and G35 series superchargers.

With the right charger, you can also achieve 1000 hp in the Golf.

Attention: In addition to an engine that has been modified for this performance, this turbocharger also requires further adjustment work such as on the intake, downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply and new software. The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and specialist knowledge. The engine and the entire drive train must be in a performance-oriented condition in order to be able to achieve the maximum possible performance.

The ceramic coating is better than any heat tape.
The process is still applied individually to each component by hand.
All kinds of components such as manifolds or exhaust gas turbines from turbochargers can be coated.
First, a base coat of beige color is applied.
After that, up to 14 different colors can be selected.
The price is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros and upwards.
