Our upgrade turbocharger for over 600 hp for the 2.0L TSI EA888 MQB Gen. 4 engine as in the Golf 8.
High power and that even with low boost pressure: With our new turbo, we achieve 569 hp in our Golf 8 with only 1.8 bar boost pressure - and that's "unfaked"!
The turbocharger can be driven up to 2.1 bar boost pressure and 600 hp.
The elaborately developed compressor wheel, which is CNC milled and precisely fitted into the optimised compressor housing, contributes to this. The optimised turbine wheel is specially designed for this power increase and the turbine housing is adapted accordingly.
Designed for the most extreme performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither an upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger.
All components of the turbocharger are of extremely high quality and made of the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing specially manufactured for this turbocharger, an exhaust housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a larger exhaust gas throughput is used.
A higher exhaust gas temperature of up to 1050°C is possible.

The software must be adapted. We also recommend a downpipe, intake and an intercooler.
You can keep your old turbocharger. No replacement necessary. This means you can rebuild the vehicle again if necessary. This ultimately saves a lot of time and money.
