By maintaining the original flanges and connections, this performance turbocharger fits perfectly and without any changes to the engine. The turbocharger can not be differentiated from the standard part. This also allows easy use of accessories such as tuning downpipes and the required special intake pipes.

Under the housings but the latest technology comes to light. Only the highest quality materials were used. So it is at the base turbochargers already to the original parts which is supplied by BMW. The original "casting compressor wheel" is replaced by a larger compressor wheel machined from forged aviation aluminum. This allows the required higher air flow at a maximum possible efficiency.

These turbochargers were deliberately designed so that the driving pleasure is maintained and can be used in everyday life as well as on the racetrack. The larger turbine wheels on the exhaust side reduce the back pressure, the engine runs free and the combustion temperatures fall. The compressor unit was deliberately not chosen too large in order to achieve optimal acceleration values.

We also offer the service to modify your own turbocharger. For overhaul with simultaneous Stage 3 optimization of your turbocharger, we charge £ 2100. The modification of used turbochargers presupposes the reusability of the old housings and the actuator. We are happy to advise you. Our service team is looking forward to your call.

Required modifications:

The installation of performance increasing components requires the careful handling and expertise. The motor and the entire drive must be in a condition that is appropriate for their performance. Crankshaft protection and performance downpipes are mandatory. In addition to the turbocharger you can buy intercooler, silicone hoses and other tuning items in our shop.
