1.8T Top Mount manifold V-band Gen. 2 Turbo-Total

The new top-mount manifold Gen.2 from Turbo-Total has been specially developed for the 1.8T 20V engine and enables outputs of up to 700 hp and more! Compared to conventional turbocharging manifolds, this manifold has a 4-to-1 design that enables surge charging and significantly improves response behaviour. With a cross-section of 48 mm and its flow-optimised design, this manifold ensures a higher flow rate and an impressive increase in power even in the medium engine speed range.

The use of high-quality materials such as special cast stainless steel ensures outstanding quality and durability.

The manifold is equipped with a V-band connection (76 mm) and also offers adapter rings for connecting Garrett, Turbosmart and Tial turbochargers. This makes it perfect for turbochargers with a V-band flange and is also compatible with other turbochargers that have a suitable flange.

Note: Depending on the design of the actuator and turbocharger, material must be removed from the valve cover to ensure sufficient clearance.
